About Us
Alanya University Department of Architecture opened its doors to students in the 2014-2015 academic year within the Faculty of Architecture with English medium of education. Since 2023, it continues to provide education within the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences. In our department, every opportunity is provided for students to have a creative, researcher, and innovative thinking system that can adapt to the dynamics of the age at the national and international levels. Our Department of Architecture aims to reveal “creativity”, a goal that will never change in architectural education, in a learning environment that embraces the city and is in a relationship with the city in every sense. In order to do this, it aims to train the person to his personality. In our department, the kneading of an ethical personality with its architectural identity is prioritized, so a training method is applied to balance aesthetics and ethical morality, with the idea that the work will increase the probability of being creative.
